How it works

For customers

  1. Register free

    With email or phone, from any country.

  2. Post a request

    Your address stays private; before booking, helpers see only the approximate area.

  3. Compare quotes

    Profile, experience, completed jobs, genuine reviews and total price.

  4. Accept and pay

    Accepting one quote confirms the booking. You pay the helper directly.

  5. Confirm completion

    A job is only marked complete when you confirm it, or you can raise a dispute.

For helpers

  1. Apply

    Mobile, profile, services, rates, availability and ID.

  2. Review

    A GoShebok staff member approves or asks for changes.

  3. Receive requests

    When they match your areas, services and availability.

  4. Quote and work

    The quoted price is final; any extra needs customer approval.

Helper's service chargeSet by each helper. The total is written in the quote before you book.
Purchases and travelListed separately. Anything beyond what you approved needs your approval first.
