Does registration cost anything?

No. Registration is free for customers and helpers. The helper’s service charge is separate and written in the quote.

Does GoShebok take a commission?

Not at launch: the platform fee is ৳0. If a fee is ever introduced, it will be announced clearly in advance.

I live abroad without a Bangladesh number. Can I register?

Yes. Register with your email address.

How does payment work?

You pay the helper directly using a method you both agree on. GoShebok does not hold money or verify payments automatically.

What does "Identity reviewed" mean?

A GoShebok staff member checked the helper’s government ID against their name and photo. It is not a police check or criminal record clearance.

Can a helper give medication?

No. General helpers do not recommend or administer medication, and do not provide clinical or nursing care.

Why are there no helpers in my area?

We are opening area by area. Leave your interest on the request page.

Do I need to be a student to be a helper?

No. Anyone aged 18 or over can apply.
