Practical help for parents and relatives

Going along to a doctor’s appointment, regular check-ins, shopping, collecting reports or help with a phone: after each visit, you get an update.

This is not healthcare

General helpers do not:

  • diagnose conditions
  • recommend or administer medication
  • perform clinical procedures or skilled nursing
  • access bank accounts or ask for passwords or OTPs
  • sign for anyone or impersonate them
  • provide emergency response — in an emergency call 999

Services for family

Hospital accompaniment

Travel accompaniment; queue and hospital navigation; authorised report collection

No diagnosis, no medication advice or administration, no clinical procedures, no emergency medical response.

Parent & family assistance

Check-in visits; accompanying an adult on errands; companionship; phone and video-call help

Entering a home needs the family member's agreement each visit. No nursing or personal care, no bank access, no passwords or OTPs.

Shopping & essentials

Grocery and essentials shopping; delivery; receipts for every purchase

Purchase money is recorded separately from the helper fee. Restricted goods are excluded. Prescription medicines only with a valid prescription.

Home maintenance coordination

Finding and scheduling tradespeople; attending the work; progress updates with photos where permitted

Repair labour and materials are agreed separately. A coordinator is not a certified electrician, plumber or engineer.

Consent and privacy

No visit happens without the agreement of the person being helped, and the helper confirms it again on arrival. We do not ask for medical information we do not need.

After every visit

  • Start and finish times
  • A short summary of what was done
  • Receipts for approved spending
  • Relevant photos, only with permission
  • Anything that needs your attention

Regular weekly or monthly support will come in a later release. One-off bookings come first.
