Parent & family assistance
Scheduled check-ins, practical companionship, errands and basic phone or technology help.
Not included: Entering a home needs the family member's agreement each visit. No nursing or personal care, no bank access, no passwords or OTPs.
Documents & errands
Authorised document delivery and collection, printing, scanning and office visits.
Not included: No impersonation, no signing for anyone, no guaranteed approvals, no access to documents without authorisation.
Shopping & essentials
Agreed grocery and essentials shopping, delivered with receipts.
Not included: Purchase money is recorded separately from the helper fee. Restricted goods are excluded. Prescription medicines only with a valid prescription.
Home maintenance coordination
Arranging tradespeople, being present during scheduled work and reporting progress to you.
Not included: Repair labour and materials are agreed separately. A coordinator is not a certified electrician, plumber or engineer.
